If you got rear ended and can't decide what law firm to pick because there are so many lawyers out there... LOOK NO FURTHER!! I got rear ended and I didn't know what to do. I had never been in an accident before so this was all new to me and STRESSFUL!! I started having pain a few days after the accident and I didn't know what to do. I was so stressed out dealing with the insurance companies and medical visits so I started calling different law firms. I decided to call Russel & Lazarus and they felt different than any other law firm I contacted. From my first initial consultation with Brian. He was so helpful and patient (I was a stressed out mess) I immediately felt safe and I knew I was going to be taken care of by this firm. 
When I spoke with Marc Lazarus, he was very kind. He's different than other attorneys. He really takes care of his clients and treats them like friends and family. I am SO GLAD I chose this firm. Mr Lazarus referred me to the best chiropractor at La Paz Chiropractic and Rehabilitation. They have been taking such good care of me and helping me recover.
My case manager (Anna) has been phenomenal! Shes has taken the wheel and helped with everything. I mean EVERYTHING!! I don't know what I would do without her. The other insurance company was giving me a hard time with a lot of things and didn't reimburse me for my rental car and for the extra money that I paid out of pocket to fix my car. Anna is a rockstar and she followed up with them everyday and they finally are sending me a check.

On December 10, 2020, I was involved in an accident which resulted in a broken shoulder.  The accident resulted in a couple of weeks off work, a month or more of recovery, and months of physical therapy.  The accident was covered by Workman's Comp, which complicated it somewhat. 
 
I found one firm initially who did not help, and so I used Handle on the Law to find a firm and was pleased with the information provided about Russell & Lazarus.  I contacted them and was surprised about their very pro-active involvement.  Instead of my having to call them every couple of months, they contacted me regularly and kept me abreast of the case.  Everyone on the team, (Andrea Workman and Eric Wilson, along with a whole case of supporting people) stayed in touch and gave me advise.  We had two depositions, one for their case and one for the Worker's Compensation case, for which Eric provided advice and participated in, providing missing information.
 
The Deposition with Eric was amazing.  Watching how it worked was amazing.  In the end Eric knew exactly how far he could push the defendants and he pushed.  I expected a net settlement of $30,000 (again my own calculations).  I was completely shocked when he called me and told me the net would be around $40,000.  Then the final check came in the amount of $45,000.  I had been ready to settle on the advice of the first law firm for $20,000. Joseph will go above and beyond for you.  I cannot say the same for the other attorneys, however Joe is straightforward, communicative and gets shit handled.  He was able to get a settlement for me through State Farm (who rarely if ever pays out).

I called to speak with an attorney following my accident and immediately was put on the phone with Marc Lazarus. Mr. Lazarus took the time to listen to my story and thoroughly explain how his firm could help me. His team was always very responsive and supportive,  and kept me updated on my case. I called in for some information for a personal attorney and Kealee answered the phone , THANK GOD. I have been calling multiple attorney offices and NONE OF THEM had ANY clue or customer service like this young gal. About 3 years ago I was involved in a serious car accident. I was struck by 2 cars and my car flipped over on a Main Street. I was rushed by an ambulance to a hospital and later released. I was traumatized and scared. I really did not know what to do next. I was having trouble researching law firms because cognitively I was NOT okay and my body was very weak. The moment I spoke with Marc Lazarus and told him my situation; he made me feel extremely comfortable and almost worry free. He reassured me everything will be fine and taken care of. He even sent out a member of his team to my house to interview me and let me know what would be the next steps in the process of moving forward. After being treated by many doctors and specialist, I must say Marc is very detail oriented and well connected in Orange County and LA. Now that my case is coming to an end I feel a little bittersweet because I know I'm going to miss Marc and Myra SO much and how much they cared about me. They taught me a lot of valuable life lessons and are truly amazing individuals.
