Brian Gould was born and raised in Orange County. He received his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice at the University of Nebraska, where he had the pleasure of enjoying many Husker football games. He came back home to California to attend law school where he received his Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law.
Verdicts & Settlements
During Brian’s first year of practicing law, he was an insurance defense attorney working on general liability and personal injury cases. Brian decided to switch over to the Plaintiff’s side to work solely on personal injury cases so he could represent individuals who had been injured due to someone else’s negligence.

Education
In 1981, Chris received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Long Beach State University, and in 1984, he received his Juris Doctorate Degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego.
He has taught business law at the University of California at Irvine and has taught trial practice at Western State Law School.
He is the author of “How Smart People do Dumb Things to Destroy Their Personal Injury Claims,” a book that focuses on avoiding common mistakes in the claims process after a serious accident or injury.

In his free time, Brian enjoys going to the gym, playing recreational sports, trying new foods, and traveling.
